Thank you for using WPS Premium Service! The User Agreement of WPS Premium Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and concluded between you and Kingsoft Office on your use of the WPS Premium Service. Before using the Service, it is necessary for you to carefully read and agree to the following articles hereof:
1.”WPS Premium Service”/the “Service”: refers to the services and products included in the WPS Premium Center (https://vip.wps.cn/), which have been officially introduced by Kingsoft Office or its affiliated companies, and/or any third party in collaboration with Kingsoft Office or its affiliated companies, and can only be used by logging into the account of Kingsoft Office Online Service. You are only allowed by Kingsoft Office to use the WPS Premium Service in the areas outside the Chinese mainland (only for the purposes clearly specified in the Agreement, and excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan). Kingsoft Office will make continuous innovation and be committed to providing the best products and services to you, and you understand and agree that the form and nature of services furnished by Kingsoft Office may be changed from time to time without a prior notice to you.
2.”Sub Service”: refers to various specific services and products included under the Service, including but not limited to Speech Recording, Transfer PDF into Word, Document Slimming, Big Picture Sharing, PDF tools, and other sub services that may be officially introduced and included in the scope of the WPS Premium Service subsequently.
3. “Account of Kingsoft Office Online Service”: refers to the WPS account, Google account, Facebook account, Dropbox account, Twitter account and other accounts to be possibly added subsequently, which are used by you to log into the Service, officially demonstrated on http://www.wps.cn/privacy/cloudservice/, defined and regulated by User Statement of a Kingsoft Office Online Service Account. The WPS account is provided by Kingsoft Office. You shall fill in the required registration information on https://vip.wps.cn/and agree to abide by the pertinent regulations and rules of Kingsoft Office, and complete the registration process to get your account; The Google account, Facebook account, Dropbox account, Twitter account and other accounts that may be added subsequently are provided by other parties than Kingsoft Office, and when any other account than WPS account is registered, you are required to completely abide by the pertinent requirements of the provider for such an account. (For example, if your account of Kingsoft Office Online Service is a QQ account, the provider for said account is Tencent, and accordingly, providers of Kingsoft Office Online Service accounts mentioned in the Agreement refer to the providers of any other account than WPS account).
4.”Coins”: refers to the expenditure converting unit introduced by Kingsoft Office; you can use Coins to redeem various paid items of Kingsoft Office Online Service that have been officially introduced or may be introduced soon or to cover the pertinent authorized expenditure. Kingsoft Office doesn’t promise that you can use Coins to redeem all paid items of Kingsoft Office Online Service, and the restrictions on Coins redemption are subject to the prompt contents shown on the Website. You may gain the Coins under the guidance as provided in the pertinent pages of WPS Premium Center, and in addition, you may also gain Coins via several other means including but not limited to inviting other people to register, signing in your account, joining the activities organized by Kingsoft Office and/or by the third parties in collaboration with Kingsoft Office, and getting for free; the rules on the use of Coins are subject to the Rules on the Use of Coins that is officially published on the website: http://www.wps.cn/privacy/cloudservice/.
5.”Privileges of Premium”: refers to the promotion portfolio of part sub services included in the Service that may be enjoyed by WPS premium users. The specific privileges available to WPS premium users are subject to the contents officially published on the website: https://vip.wps.cn/privilege/#. You understand and acknowledge that Kingsoft Office reserves the right to add, delete, replace or adjust the types, numbers, time limit, contents, and forms of providing of the privileges that may be enjoyed by premium users.
6.”Term of Membership”: refers to the term of the WPS membership that you have selected, paid the membership dues and are qualified to enjoy; such term is subject to the term of membership you have independently selected and purchased. Please visit “My Center”[http://vip.wps.cn/center] for more details.
7.”You”/”User”：refers to any natural person user using the Service.
8.”Kingsoft Office”: refers to Kingsoft Office Software, Inc.
9.”Affiliated Companies”: refer to an entity (directly or indirectly) controlling, or controlled by or under common control with a party concerned. “Control” means ownership of more than 50% of management or decision-making power of a company (whether through voting, contract or any other means).
1.The Service is deemed to be a part of Kingsoft Office Online Service, and if you want to use any part or whole of the Service, you shall read and abide by the Agreement as well as the Series Agreements of Kingsoft Office Online Service that may be added subsequently and applicable to all of the service items under the Kingsoft Office Online Service (including but not limited to User Statement of a Kingsoft Office Online Service Account, Privacy Protection Policy of Kingsoft Office, and Agreement of WPS Premium Service etc., and the Series Agreements of Kingsoft Office Online Service shall be subject to the contents published and may be updated from time to time on the website: http://www.wps.cn/privacy/cloudservice/). You must carefully read and fully understand various articles of said aforesaid agreements, rules and regulations, especially the articles in respect of the limitation and liability exemption (the limitation or liability exemption articles in question may be highlighted in bold to attract your attention). If you need to open or use some specific services under the Service, you must read and agree to the pertinent articles or independent agreements (if any) applicable to such specific services. You have no right to use any part or whole of the Service unless you have read and accepted all of the articles provided in the aforesaid agreements.
2.The behaviors as below may be deemed as you have accepted the Agreement, even if you haven’t clicked “Accept the Agreement”:
2.1.Clicking “Login”, which may be deemed as you have completely accepted the Agreement; or
2.2.Actually using the Service, which may be deemed as you have completely accepted the Agreement; or
2.3.Actually using any product or service (if any) that comes together with the Service from Kingsoft Office, which will be deemed as that you have given your full consent to the agreement.
2.4.Actually using any product or service (if any) that comes along with the Service provided by a third party, which will be deemed as that you have given your full consent to the agreement.
3.Before you proceed, Kingsoft Office strongly recommends that you print out or save the Agreement to your computer for your future reference.
4.Your consent to the Agreement will be deemed as your acknowledgment and consent to all stipulations of the agreement as well as your guarantee to fully abide by the agreement.
1.You understand and acknowledge that you must pay to Kingsoft Office the service fee for the chargeable part of the Service. The ways of charging include: 1） Packaging part or whole of the Service, and setting the charging standard in accordance with the term of use and different payment methods to charge you the service fee; 2) Providing you some specific sub service, and setting the charging standard to charge service fee from you, and the sub service in question is referred to as the sub service charged separately in the Agreement; 3) You may subscribe the WPS Premium Service with the same or different membership for your different accounts of Kingsoft Office Online Service, and Kingsoft Office does not impose any restrictions commercially or technically, but under such a circumstance, the WPS Premium Service in your different accounts of Kingsoft Office Online Service is deemed as independent services whose membership terms are also calculated separately and will not be calculated accumulatively due to the fact that they exist at the same time. You shall not claim a refund from Kingsoft Office on the grounds of repeated subscriptions. and 4）Other ways of charging that may be added in the future. You shall understand and acknowledge that each way of charging is formulated and adopted by Kingsoft Office in accordance with availability of the Service, and you can only use the part of the Service for which you have paid service fee to Kingsoft Office in accordance with a specific way of charging and as is clearly indicated by Kingsoft Office, and you have no right to use the other part or whole of the Service.
2.Kingsoft Office may, in accordance with the actual operation situation, revise and modify the way of charging, charging standards and methods of the service fee, and Kingsoft Office may also begin to charge the currently free part of the Service. Prior to the aforesaid revision and modification or before the charging is officially begun, Kingsoft Office will make announcements in the pertinent service page. If you do not agree to any such aforesaid modification, revision or chargeable services, you shall stop using such part of the Service.
3.You shall understand that the service fee you have paid to Kingsoft Office does not include the cost arising from your preparation of software and hardware and purchase of bandwidth for using the Service, as well as the pertinent costs generated by you using Internet or mobile network, and you shall independently prepare the terminal equipment (e.g. computer, mobile phone, tablet, modem, etc.) with respect to the Service, and your using of the Service will consume resources, e.g. terminal equipment, bandwidth, etc., and any pertinent costs generated by using the Service and payable to any third party, including any network operator, shall be assumed solely by you, such as any cost for purchasing of hardware and software, bandwidth, telephone bill and SMS fee of your mobile phone (if any), etc.
You understand and acknowledge that, since services provided by Kingsoft Office may be changed and laws and regulations that are applicable to both you and Kingsoft Office may be modified, various articles under the Statement may also be modified accordingly. After any such modification is made, Kingsoft Office will make its best efforts to inform you. However, in some cases (e.g. modification made due to the requirements of applicable laws) when the modification to the articles of the Agreement may be required to take effect immediately, Kingsoft Office will, via [http://www.wps.cn/privacy/cloudservice/], adjust the update time clearly specified hereof in accordance with the modification time; and if you do not agree to said modified contents by Kingsoft Office, please stop using any part or whole of the Service after the Agreement has been modified (i.e. after the update time clearly specified in the Agreement after the modification), and your continued use of any part or whole of the Service after the modification in question is made will be deemed as you have read, understood and agreed to the entire modified contents hereof. Kingsoft Office hereby suggests that you visit http://www.wps.cn/privacy/cloudservice/ periodically to read the newest version of the Agreement, in order to know whether the Agreement has been modified and what has been modified. Except the modification mentioned above, any other modification to these articles shall be deemed to be void, unless otherwise expressly specified in the written agreement between you and Kingsoft Office on the modification of these articles. For this purpose and for the sake of clarity, emails or other communications shall not constitute any valid written agreements.
1.You understand and accept, that Kingsoft Office may further expand the sub services included in the Service (such expanded sub services are included in the scope of the Service and are also subject to the Agreement), and the expanded sub services may be attached with an agreement(s) that are specially applicable to the expanded sub services, so please read carefully the attached agreement(s) (if any) before using said any such sub service. In this circumstance, you may begin to use the new sub services in question under the precondition that you have agreed to the Agreement, Series Agreements of Kingsoft Office Online Service, as well as the attached agreements of the new sub services. If you do not accept the aforesaid agreements, please do not use the new sub services and your using will be deemed as you have completely accepted the aforesaid agreements. Meanwhile you understand and acknowledge that, where there are any disagreements or conflicts between the Agreement and any newly added special agreements with respect to the new sub services, such newly added agreements shall prevail.
2.The specific services included by the Service shall be subject to the services actually furnished by Kingsoft Office, and meanwhile, Kingsoft Office reserves the right to adjust (including delete, replace, add) sub services provided and to modify the specific contents, standards, number of items, etc. of any service. Meanwhile, Kingsoft Office may introduce, on the basis of any specific services included in the Service, the value-added functions and services that you are required to purchase separately, and in this circumstance, if you want to use said value-added functions and services, you shall pay to Kingsoft Office for purchasing any such value-added function and service at the price then published by Kingsoft Office.
You may refer to the Article Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ from User Statement of a Kingsoft Office Online Service Account for the opening, suspension and termination of the Service.
1.The method with respect to the registration, login and use of the Service as officially published by Kingsoft Office is the only legal method for registering, logging in and using the Service. Any other channel, measure or method used by you to access to the Service (including but not limited to the accounts, points, services, etc.) will be deemed to be illegal and not acceptable to by Kingsoft Office; and once such behaviors are found, Kingsoft Office reserves the right to deal with them by means such as deletion, cancellation, removal and account banning, etc., and any unfavorable results arising therefrom shall be borne solely by you.
2.The Service is only available for your own use, and you shall never have any right to partially or wholly transfer, license and sub-license any part or whole of the Service to any other people. Where there are any disagreements and conflicts between this article and any other article under the Agreement, this article shall prevail.
3.You shall not make use of the accounts, points, coins, etc. of the Kingsoft Office Online Service to make profits by means of re-sale, replacement, pawning, transaction, etc., and once such behaviors are found, Kingsoft Office reserves the right to deal with them severely by means including but not limited to: freezing credits or coins, deducting credits or coins, resetting credits or coins, and banning accounts.
4.You understand and acknowledge that part of the sub services included in the Service may set limits on the number of equipment employed by you for the on-line use of such services at the same time, and In the event that the equipment in question has exceeded the limit, Kingsoft Office reserves the right to ban your account. Please refer to the prompts as are officially shown when you use the Service for the limits of equipment type, number, etc. to which you are subject to.
1.The Premium Store refers to the collection of various third-party products and services (hereinafter referred to as “Store Products”) that Kingsoft Office believes you may be interested. The Store Products are produced and sold by third parties other than by Kingsoft Office. If you are interested in some store product, you may, by coin redemption, ask Kingsoft Office to place the order to the Store. However, Kingsoft Office disclaims any obligations and responsibilities for your purchase of the store products. You will purchase from the sellers of the Premium Store in accordance with the terms and conditions formulated by the sellers in question.
2.In the event that you are not satisfied with any store products (for example, you want to return the products or cancel your subscription of the products, or acquire the service, repair, maintain or exchange the products), you must contact the seller of Premium Store instead of Kingsoft Office to solve the problems.
3.For your convenience, Premium Store presents the pictures, description and other information with respect to the products (including price information). Kingsoft Office is making every possible effort to provide the accurate description of the store products, but however, such pictures or description may not be complete and perfect enough. Therefore, Kingsoft Office does not guarantee that such pictures and description of the products are 100% accurate, complete, newest or error-free.
4.You acknowledge that Kingsoft Office reserves the right to present advertisements and promotion information in respect of the services/products introduced by Kingsoft Office or third parties when providing services for you.
5.The way, mode and scope of Kingsoft Office to present advertisements or promotion information in the Service may be modified without prior notice.
You shall acknowledge that the contents presented to you as a part of the Service, including but not limited to the advertisements in the Service and sponsored contents of the Service, may be protected by the intellectual property rights. You shall not revise, lease, rent, sell and distribute the aforesaid contents (whatever the whole or part of the contents) or create any derivative works based on said contents, unless otherwise clearly agreed by Kingsoft Office or content owner(s) in the pertinent agreements and rules of related operations.
6.Any of your communication or commercial exchanges with the advertising agencies, or promotion activities you joined via the Service, including the payment and delivery of pertinent products or services, as well as the terms and conditions, guarantees or statements with respect to the aforesaid transactions shall be fully deemed to be an interaction between you and said aforesaid advertising agencies, and therefore Kingsoft Office assumes no obligations of checking and screening the advertisements and advertising agencies.
7.You agree that the losses or damages of any nature resulting from any aforesaid transactions or advertising agencies involved in the Service shall not be assumed by Kingsoft Office.
1.You may be required to install the software of Kingsoft Office during the use of the Service; and under such a circumstance, you can only install the software after you have acquired the legal authorization of said software and install it within the scope of the authorization, and you may need to pay extra fee in order to gain such legal authorization. You understand that, even if you have paid for the use of any part or whole of the Service, your payment doesn’t include any fees (if any) required for you to gain such legal authorization, and if there is a need to install and use said software, you shall read and agree to all of the articles provided in the agreements attached to said software, and meanwhile pay to Kingsoft Office the authorization fee for said software in accordance with the charging policy formulated by Kingsoft Office.
2.Kingsoft Office, with a view to improve user experience and guarantee the safety of the Service and consistency of the product functions, may update the software provided by Kingsoft Office. If you have acquired the legal authorization of said software, you shall update the software to its latest version, otherwise, Kingsoft Office does not guarantee that the software will function properly.
1.In addition to using the Service via software, you may also utilize the pertinent website of Kingsoft Office (hereinafter referred to as “Website of the Service”) to use the Service. The Website of the Service provides the pertinent services within the scope of the national laws, regulations and policies and in accordance with your orders (including but not limited to the operation directly made by you on the Website of the Service, or the operation made by you to the client software on the premise of using the account and password of Kingsoft Office Online Service.
2.When using the Service via the Website of the Service, you shall not: perform any behavior that may impose any unfavorable influence upon the Internet or smooth operation of mobile network via the Website of the Service or the Service; upload, demonstrate, copy, issue, spread or transfer in other means any illegal and immoral information and data via the Network of the Service or the Service.
3.In the event that you violates the laws and regulations or the rules clearly provided in the Agreement when using the Service via the Website of the Service, Kingsoft Office reserves the right to ask you to correct your behaviors or directly take corresponding actions including but not limited to (a) shield, correct or cancel the pertinent contents stored under the Service; (b) stop providing service for you, and/or (c) terminate the part or whole of the Service available to you, with a view to mitigate the influence imposed by your improper behaviors. Under such a circumstance, Kingsoft Office bears no obligation of keeping the pertinent contents stored under the Service, or transfer said contents to you or any third party specified by you. Any penalty, investigation, litigation, claim for compensation or demands that may be incurred or imposed by your improper behaviors, or any losses resulting from them shall be solely assumed and solved by you at your own expense, and any resulting responsibilities shall also be independently undertaken by you. In the event that your behaviors have incurred any penalty, investigation, charges, accusation, claim for compensation or demands against Kingsoft Office, including its partners, clients and employees from any third party, you shall immediately assume the arising costs for Kingsoft Office, its partners, clients and employees to make a defense, thus preventing them from any possible losses and damages. Meanwhile, Kingsoft Office reserves the right to raise a claim for compensation from you for any losses in which your behaviors have resulted. Meanwhile, if the Service is terminated due to your violation of the Agreement, any service fee already is paid by will not be refunded.
4.Kingsoft Office shall be exempted from any responsibilities for the leakage, loss, theft or manipulation of user data that may arise from the following reasons:
4.1. Force majeure that is incurred due to the control of the government and results in temporary shutdown and incapability of normal browsing of the Internet;
4.2. Reasons that may be attributed to computer system problems, hacker attack, invasion or infection of computer viruses.
1.You shall solely assume the following responsibilities and compensation costs:
1.1. You have violated the Agreement, which leads to the claim for compensation by a third party.
1.2. The claim for compensation includes but not limited to the reasonable attorney fee and economic losses suffered by Kingsoft Office and its affiliated companies, managers, agents, partners and other partners and employees.
1.3. You shall solely assume any and whole legal responsibilities arising from your user service contents, and meanwhile guarantee that Kingsoft Office can enjoy the privilege of immunity to the maximum extent allowed by pertinent laws and regulations.
2.Scope of Service
2.1. In whatever circumstances you log in with the account of Kingsoft Office Online Service outside the territory of the Chinese mainland and use the Service and any part or whole of the specific sub services included herein, it shall be deemed to be a behavior of using the Service or any part or whole of the specific sub services included herein beyond the authorized scope, and therefore, in the event that you have used said those aforesaid services beyond the authorized scope, Kingsoft Office cannot guarantee whether the Service and any part or whole of the specific sub services can be logged in and used smoothly. Even if you are unable to smoothly log in or use the Service and any part or whole of the specific sub services, or you have suffered any losses caused by using those services beyond the authorized scope (including but not limited to any or whole losses resulting from the use of the Service and any part or whole of the specific sub services, e.g. loss, destruction, leakage, etc. of user documents caused by the failure of WPS documents roaming), Kingsoft Office shall assume no responsibilities to you or any third party, and meanwhile Kingsoft Office also bears no obligations of providing any technical supports for users using the Service and any part or whole of the specific sub services beyond the authorized scope. Meanwhile, you shall understand that the account of Kingsoft Office Online Service under the Agreement can only be used by you to log in and use the WPS Premium Service provided by Kingsoft Office to the users in the Chinese mainland, and you are not authorized to log in and use the premium service prepared and provided by Kingsoft Office and/or its affiliated companies to the users outside the Chinese mainland. Kingsoft Office reserves the right to independently determine whether you are a user in the Chinese mainland via the IP address, equipment identification code, etc. shown during your login or use of the Service.
2.2. You shall not sell and re-sell the Service in whatever means, or rent the Service to any other party. Any use that is deemed to be beyond the aforesaid authorized scope shall be deemed to be illegal use without official authorization, and Kingsoft Office reserves the right to ask the pertinent person to assume the corresponding legal responsibilities arising therefrom, including but not limited to civil responsibility, administrative responsibility and criminal responsibility.
3.Responsibility Exemption of Third Party
Whereas the provision of the Service depends on the services and resources provided by any other third party, any of your loses resulting from such services and resources rather than from Kingsoft Office shall only be assumed by the third party in question, and Kingsoft Office will make every possible effort to help you but shall bear no any responsibilities.
4.Limited Guarantee of Kingsoft Office
4.1. The Limited Guarantee is intended to replace any other guarantees (if any) that may be found in any documents, packages, or other data, whatever clearly expressed or implied. Kingsoft Office only provides the Service (including the current and subsequently added functions (if any)) in the manner of “as is and not error-free”, and only guarantees:
4.1.1. The products and services provided by Kingsoft Office can materially meet the requirements officially published by Kingsoft Office;
4.1.2. The pertinent products and services provided by Kingsoft Office are consistent with the service promises officially published by Kingsoft Office;
4.1.3. Kingsoft Office only makes every possible effort within the reasonable scope of business, to solve any problems arising when the products and services are provided.
4.2. Kingsoft Office, to the maximum extent allowed by the applicable laws and regulations, clearly express that it provides no any other forms of guarantee, whatever clearly expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied guarantee and responsibilities for merchantability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, no virus and no error.
4.3. Kingsoft Office, to the maximum extent allowed by the applicable laws and regulations, neither guarantees that the services and products provided by Kingsoft Office can definitely meet your requirements and expectation, nor guarantees that the services and products will not be disrupted, or promptness, safety and no error of the services and products, or accurate, timely and smooth transmission of information.
4.4. Kingsoft Office, to the maximum extent allowed by the applicable laws and regulations, shall not assume any responsibilities arising from your use of Kingsoft Office’s products and services, or responsibilities for any accidents, indirect, special and non-direct damages or requests with respect to the services and products of Kingsoft Office in any aspects (including but not limited to personal injury, and compensation for damages generated by the leakage, embezzlement, etc. of user privacy and personal information, or by failure of performing the responsibilities, e.g. honesty or reasonable degree of care, or by negligence and loss of money).
5.No Third-party Beneficiary
The Agreement is made and concluded out of your and Kingsoft Office’s interests. Except for the permitted inheritance or transfer, the Agreement is not made and concluded for the benefit of any other party.
6.The Service is banned in Countries and Regions under Sanction
Notwithstanding the pertinent agreements in the other articles of the Agreement, users living in the countries and regions under sanction have no right to use any part or whole of the specific services included in the Service at any time and in whatever means. Please refer to [http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Programs/Pages/Programs.asp], for a detailed list of countries and regions under sanction, and such list of countries and regions under sanction as indicated on the website, will be updated from time to time, and the latest list published in the website shall always prevail. Where there are any disagreements and conflicts between this article and any other article under the Agreement, this article shall prevail.
7.The whole or part contents of some sub services under the Service may be derived from the other third-party partners, and such contents may be cancelled due to the termination of cooperation agreements officially made and concluded between Kingsoft Office and such third-party partners, and you clearly know the aforesaid uncertainty. Once said contents of sub services are cancelled due to the termination of the cooperation agreements between Kingsoft Office and third-party partners, you will be unable to use such services; if you have paid the service fee to Kingsoft Office, Kingsoft Office will make every possible effort to negotiate with the third parties, and if the third parties agree, you can continue using the sub services in question until all of the service fee you have paid expire; however, if the third parties do not agree that you may continue using the sub services, Kingsoft Office will deduct a certain percentage of service fee in accordance with the actual situation, and refund the remaining service fee. Under such a circumstance, Kingsoft reserves the right to determine the percentage of such deduction in its sole discretion.
8.If you do not agree to any of independent agreements, rules, etc. (if any) attached to and specially applied to any sub service under the Service, you have no right to use the sub service, even if you have read and accepted all of the articles clearly specified in the Agreement and have fully paid the required service fee, and under such a circumstance, Kingsoft Office is not obligated to refund you any service fee, and you may not ask Kingsoft Office to provide any remedial measures for you.
9.The font library and fonts herein provided by the Online Font Service that you have acquired free of charge or purchased shall be only limited to the non-commercial use by you, and shall be neither copied, issued, sold and leased by you to any third party or for the benefit of any third party, nor spread, translated, promised for sale, provided, permitted and used via information network, or used in whatever other kinds of means.
10.Resources acquired by your using any sub services included in the Service (including but not limited to the font library and fonts herein acquired via your use of the Online Font Service) can only be used by you in accordance with the Agreement as well as the pertinent agreements, business rules, etc. attached to the specific sub services included in the Service. No matter whether you have revised or recreated such resources, or whether such resources revised or recreated by you have been formed into the new work, or attached to any carrier or presented or exist via other means, Kingsoft Office reserves the right to terminate your authorization of using any part or whole of such resources via notice, in accordance with the Article XII of the Agreement, even if you have acquired and paid for such resources/or you have downloaded such resources to the local storage space and/or have revised such resources and formed them into the new work. Once Kingsoft Office has send the notice of terminating the authorization you have acquired to use any part or whole of such resources in accordance with the Article XII of the Agreement, you shall no longer use any part or whole of such resources in whatever means (including but not limited to the use of any part or whole of such resources stored in the local storage space, or use of new work formed based on any part or whole of such resources, or use of any tangible or intangible carriers containing any part or whole of such resources, and Kingsoft Office bears no any obligations of refunding any fee (if any) that you have paid.
11.Where there are any disagreements and conflicts between Article XI of the Agreement and any other article hereof, Article XI shall prevail.
1.All of the notices to you will be sent via the website with respect to the Service, email, ordinary messages or SMS. Other important matters may also be informed via the aforesaid methods.
2.Such notices shall be deemed as having been sent to the recipients on the date of sending or announcement. Kingsoft Office shall bear no any responsibilities for the failure of the email box you provided to receive the notices sent by Kingsoft Office due to the special reasons including but not limited to: such email box becomes invalid or it has email filtering and blocking function.
